2. Service Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the service or project. Estimated delivery timelines will be clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon during the proposal or onboarding process.

Typical delivery times:

  • Website Development: 7–30 business days

  • App Development: 15–60 business days

  • Digital Marketing Services: Ongoing (weekly/monthly deliverables)

  • Bug Fixes or Minor Changes: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delays may occur if there is a delay in content, feedback, or approvals from the client side.


3. Shipping of Physical Deliverables (If Any)

In rare cases where physical items (e.g., documentation, merchandise, hard drives, etc.) are shipped, we will:

  • Use trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery)

  • Share tracking information via email

  • Estimate delivery time based on your location (usually 5–10 business days within India)

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during billing.


4. Delivery Confirmation

All digital project deliveries are confirmed via:

  • Project management tool updates

  • Official invoice and handover documentation

Once delivered, clients are encouraged to review the work and request any minor changes within the agreed revision period.
